Vendor Information

Jersey Paranormal Investigations is excited to be hosting our first Paracon Vendor Event!  Information to becoming a vendor can be found below:

The event will be held Saturday September 16, 2017 at the Red Mill Museum Village, 56 Main Street, Clinton, NJ 08809.  The premise will open at 8am for vendor set up.  The event will run from 10am to 5pm.  We ask that vendors remain operational until the end of the event.  There will be an (optional) evening ghost hunt from 8pm to 11pm.  This fee is not included in the vendor space pricing. Concessions will be available on site to purchase throughout the day, beginning at 8am. 

Vendor Fees and Rules

 The Vendor fees are as follows and are non-transferrable and non-refundable.  

  • One (1) outdoor 10x10 space with electric - $50.00
  • One (1) outdoor 10x10 space without electric- $40.00
  • One (1) outdoor 10x10 space without electric (Paranormal Groups not selling product/services) - $35.00


The event will be held rain or shine and includes the following:

  • One (1) outdoor 10x10 space.  You are welcome to put a tent up in this space.  
  • Two (2) admissions for exhibitors.  Additional may be purchased at the event admission rate of $10.00 per person.

Access to electricity: Individuals requiring electricity will be offered such on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.  Vendor spots will be pre-assigned and not changed the day of the event.Use of Space: Exhibitors may not assign, sublease, license, share, or otherwise transfer the whole or any part of their exhibit space to any third party.Installation: The vendor area is on a grass surface.  Vendor spaces needing electric will be on a concrete pad, plan accordingly.   Painting, nailing, or drilling of any part of the facility is not permitted.
